PROCESSING TIME
Same day shipping for bundles, frontal and closure for orders placed before 2PM EST time,
Otherwise it wil be shipped the next business day.
3 to 7 business days processing time for custom units.
CANADIAN ORDERS
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIME
We use UPS expedited delivery services for all Canadian orders.
Delivery is one business day. Please note that we are not responsible for ups delays, stolen or lost items.
Flat rate of 30$ CAD shipping fees.
Free delivery services for orders over 300$ CAD.
INTERNATIONAL AND US ORDERS
Flat rate of 60$ CAD shipping fees.
Free delivery services for orders over 600$ USD.
We use UPS expedited services for US and International orders.
Delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for ups delays, stolen or lost items.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION
For orders with a shipping address different than the billing address we reserve the right to refuse order or verify cardholder identity and it will require to fill out an authorization form. If the customer fail to do so or the documents do not seem valid a refund will be process within 48 hr.
RETURNS
Although we stand behind the quality of our products, We’ve temporarily updated our 30 days warranty Return Policy due to Covid-19 pandemic.
Effective immediately all sales are final. For a defective product an exchange or store credit will be offered, no money refund.
OUR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:
– Defect from improper use/application of the product
– Defects from personal attempts to alter the product in any way from its original form
– Defects from improper care of the extensions (such as excessive use of heat)

EXCHANGES
For exchanges items must be unused in the state you received them and in the original packaging. Returns & shipping fees are at your own cost.
DUTY AND CUSTOM FEES
Amala virgin hair is not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery. We do not refund shipping charges for orders returned.
